- The projects are in all sectors including residential, retail, office and serviced apartments and we require candidates with 3-5 years experience.

Title: Senior Office Leasing Manager – HCMC
Job Descriptions:
- Business generation
- Manage current clients and contacts
- Source new leads (Tenants and Landlords) and ensure all client enquiries are responded to quickly and in a professional manner
- Promote Knight Frank and our exclusive listings at networking events or similar
Fee earning and the sales process
- Follow process from initial source to closing new property transactions related to office space, management assistance will be provided when required
- Work with other members in the Knight Frank team with the appropriate experience to make sure our clients receive high level of service
Team working / administration
- Ensure information is shared with colleagues where appropriate
- Be able to report your work on a weekly basis within weekly meetings
- Develop market knowledge & share with colleagues
General Requires:
- Knowledge Required: Local market experience essential
- Experience: 3-5 years
