It sits atop a ridge overlooking the coast, where, with a flick of a switch, the glass slides away and the shower becomes an incredible open-air wash space. 

Te Whara, meanwhile, designed by Andrew Patterson, is a powerful statement building and the larger of the two properties, accommodating up to seven people in three separate bedrooms.
