Tuyen has more than 15 years of real estate valuation and advisory services experience. She performs the valuation, consultancy and feasibility study work for properties across Vietnam and Cambodia. Her clients are international and local developers/investors/landlords across all property sectors including industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and residential for sale/lease and mixed-use developments/ townships across the country. She has been instructed for purposes as varied as financing, mergers and acquisitions, public listings, rental reviews and internal references.
Tuyen has expertly completed valuation advisory and feasibility studies for over 200 commercial assets each year, amassing a total value of approximately US$5 billion. Clients have consistently expressed their delight with Tuyen's exceptional work.
Tuyen is also in charge of overseeing and managing the Department’s business operations, strategy, and P&L Management.
