Tuyen has more than 18 years of real estate valuation and advisory services experience. She performs the valuation, consultancy, and feasibility study work for properties across Vietnam and Cambodia. Her clients are international and local developers/investors/landlords across all property sectors, including industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and residential for sale/lease, and mixed-use developments/townships across the country. She has been instructed for purposes as varied as financing, mergers and acquisitions, public listings, rental reviews, and internal references.
Tuyen has expertly completed valuation advisory and feasibility studies for over 200 commercial assets each year, amassing a total value of approximately US$ 5 bil. Clients have consistently expressed their delight with her exceptional work.
Tuyen is an accountable leader, also in charge of overseeing and managing the department’s business operations, strategy, and P&L.
